1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing from, or using JIANRYU.KR (the “Website”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

3. User-Generated Content & License

If you post or upload content within our community or coaching environment, you grant JIANRYU.KR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Distribute
  
  
  

such content solely for:

• community operations
  
  
  

• educational use
  
  
  

• marketing & promotional purposes (with identifying information removed unless you consent)
  
  
  

You remain responsible for your posted content.

4. Fees, Billing, and Payment Processing

All fees displayed on the Website must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

You agree that:

• All payments are processed by Stripe or an authorized third-party processor
  
  
  

• You will provide accurate and updated billing information
  
  
  

• Failed payments may result in immediate removal from programs or access
  
  
  

Stripe’s transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Digital Products

All digital products—including courses, templates, downloads, and e-books—are non-refundable.

5.2 Coaching, Consulting, and Cohort Programs

All coaching, consulting, and cohort program purchases are final and non-refundable once access is delivered.

Due to:

• immediate delivery of proprietary materials
  
  
  

• access to community, templates, and resources
  
  
  

• limited program seats
  
  
  

no refunds will be granted after program access is provided.

5.3 Pre-program cancellation (before program start date)

If you request a cancellation before a program begins, the refund will be issued minus Stripe processing fees (4–8%), which are non-refundable by Stripe.

5.4 Session cancellation

Consulting sessions cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice may receive a credit, not a refund.

6. Conditional Guarantee (“Execution-Based Guarantee”)

Certain programs may include a “conditional guarantee.”
This is not a refund.

To qualify, you must meet all execution requirements stated on the program page and in the Guarantee Agreement.

This may include:

• attending live calls
  
  
  

• completing assignments (URLs, screenshots)
  
  
  

• implementing feedback (URLs, screenshots)
  
  
  

• publishing required content (URLs, screenshots)
  
  
  

• sharing marketing data (analytics access, URLs, screenshots)
  
  
  

Guarantees provide additional service or re-enrollment, not monetary refunds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• share member-only content externally
  
  
  

• attempt to reverse engineer our templates or training
  
  
  

• engage in abusive behavior towards staff or community
  
  
  

• misuse the community for solicitation or spam
  
  
  

• violate intellectual property laws
  
  
  

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Lifetime Access Policy

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the program or platform exists.

Access may end due to:

• business closure
  
  
  

• platform migration or discontinuation
  
  
  

• force majeure
  
  
  

• violation of Terms
  
  
  

No refunds will be issued due to service discontinuation.

9. Disclaimers

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

• business outcomes
  
  
  

• traffic results
  
  
  

• lead generation
  
  
  

• ranking results
  
  
  

• sales or conversions
  
  
  

You are solely responsible for implementing the material.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.

11. Privacy & Cookie Policy

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.

Disputes will be resolved via:

13. Language Control Clause

규정 위반 시 즉시 접근권한이 취소되며 환불 없이 종료될 수 있습니다.

3. 사용자 생성 콘텐츠

커뮤니티, 과제 제출, Q&A 등에서 사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠에 대해
귀하는 당사에 비독점적·전세계적·로열티 없는 사용권을 부여합니다.

이는 다음 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다:

• 교육 운영
  
  
  

• 서비스 개선
  
  
  

• 익명 처리된 마케팅 활용(후기 등)
  
  
  

단, 민감한 정보는 동의 없이 공개되지 않습니다.

4. 수수료·결제·청구

모든 구매는 결제 시점에 즉시 청구되며, 귀하는 정확한 결제 정보를 제공할 책임이 있습니다.

모든 결제는 Stripe 또는 승인된 제3자 결제대행사를 통해 처리되며 Stripe 수수료(4–8%)는 환불되지 않습니다.

결제 실패 또는 정보 오류 시 접근 권한이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

5. 환불 및 취소 정책

5.1 디지털 제품

온라인 강의, 템플릿, 다운로드 파일, 전자책 등 모든 디지털 상품은 구매 즉시 최종 확정되며 환불이 불가능합니다.

5.2 코칭·컨설팅·코호트 프로그램

프로그램 접근 권한이 부여된 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 환불이 불가합니다.

이러한 특성으로 인해 환불이 허용되지 않습니다.

5.3 프로그램 시작 전 취소

프로그램 시작 전(예: 1월 6일 이전)에 취소 요청 시:

→ Stripe 결제 수수료(4–8%)를 공제한 금액만 환불 가능합니다.

Stripe는 환불 시에도 수수료를 반환하지 않으며 이 비용은 결제 요청자에게 귀속됩니다.

5.4 개인 컨설팅 세션 취소

예약된 세션은 최소 30일 전 취소 시, 동일 금액의 크레딧으로 대체할 수 있습니다. (현금 환불 불가)

정책은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으므로 정기적으로 확인하시기 바랍니다.

6. 성실 이행 조건부 결과 보장 (Execution-Based Guarantee)

일부 프로그램에는 “결과 보장(Guarantee)”이 포함될 수 있습니다.
이는 환불 보장과 동일하지 않습니다.

보장은 다음을 의미합니다:

• 지정된 모든 실행 조건을 마감일까지 이행했음에도
  
  
  

• 기대한 시스템 성과가 나타나지 않을 경우
  
  
  

추가 서비스 또는 무료 재수강을 제공하는 제도입니다.

보장 적용 조건(요약)

• 정해진 마감일까지 피드백 적용

※ 세부 기준은 프로그램별 보장 약관(Guarantee Agreement)에서 규정합니다.

7. 금지 행위

사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

• 유료 콘텐츠 무단 공유, 재판매, 재배포
  
  
  

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보 제출
  
  
  

• 커뮤니티 내 스팸 또는 영업 활동
  
  
  

• 욕설, 비방, 폭력적·부적절 행동
  
  
  

• 플랫폼 해킹, 데이터 크롤링, 무단 복제
  
  
  

위반 시 즉시 접근권한이 박탈되며 환불되지 않습니다.

8. 평생 접근 정책 (Lifetime Access)

“평생 접근”은 웹사이트가 운영되는 기간 동안만 제공됩니다.

다음 상황에서는 접근 권한이 중단될 수 있습니다:

서비스 종료 시:
